PaperPort Browser Extension

PaperPort by ITCPR allows you to quickly redirect to the ITCPR Library website, check if the PDF version of an academic paper is available, or request the PDF directly from your browser tab.

How PaperPort Works

• Detects academic papers from your current browser tab.
• Checks availability of the paper in the ITCPR Library.
• Allows you to quickly request a PDF if it's not yet available.

Official Extension Installation

The official PaperPort extension is now available on:

• Microsoft Edge Add-ons Store: Install from Microsoft Edge

Manual Extension Installation (Edge and Chrome)

To install manually on Edge or Chrome:

1. Go to: PaperPort Extension GitHub Repository
2. Click on the Code button, then select Download ZIP.
3. Save the ZIP file to your computer.
4. Unzip the downloaded file to a folder.
5. In your browser, navigate to:
   • Edge: edge://extensions
   • Chrome: chrome://extensions
6. Enable Developer mode (toggle at top-right).
7. Click "Load unpacked", then select the extracted extension folder.
8. PaperPort will now appear in your extensions list.
